思考题：

EPA regulates the safety standards for lead in the drinking water.

其中：regulate 可以等于set;

Safety standards= safety level

但是：drinking water ≠drinking water utilitites

所以这个说法是错的!

试想一下：这瓶水含铅量是安全的。谁也不敢喝啊。

顶多说这个水管含铅是多少，但是不会到水里去，是安全的。
