　　今天又是9个小时，也没有觉得有多累，昨天休息了一天，倒是觉得挺累的。

　　我不工作会生锈的!

　　下课在小毛老师的带领下去吃了一碗私房小面，上了二楼，连招牌都没有。进去以后我问有干馏的吗?老板义正言辞的拒绝我说，我们不做重庆的那种豌杂面，我们只做传统重庆小面和北方的新派面; 我当时挺失望的，我最爱的其实是豌豆杂酱，加上我本来就不是很饿，本来想走的，不过毛老师鼎力推荐的，而且态度能这么不好的老板，店面能这么偏，味道要是不行这家店怎么开下去的。

　　上来一碗重庆担担面，我去，我要的味道啊!

　　做了一点改良，高汤不是骨肉汤，但加了芝麻酱很香!

　　有炒制的芽菜，很典型的四川味!

　　吃的我满头大汗，几口面就没了。

　　还要了一个馒头夹肉，馒头很软，切开，卤肉剁碎，夹在其中，有汁浸入到馒头里，卤肉还回过锅，但是一点不腻。
