　　对于山东德州的印象是绿皮车时代推着的小车叫卖的扒鸡，买过一袋来吃过，但是发现除了咸就没有其他的味道了。说实话我不喜欢北方袋装的鸡肉和牛肉的做法，我个人觉得就是在浪费食材。所以虽然德州扒鸡很有名，但是真的无感，而且每次和山东的朋友聊到德州的时候只能虚伪的说上一句，扒鸡很有名。今天终于有机会来到了大德州，终于在宝兰斋吃上了一次正宗的德州扒鸡!

　　我为我的无知而忏悔，好的食材只需要一点味觉就能让人折服了!

　　摆盘后，色泽金黄，让人很有食欲，绝不是真空包装的能比的。我之前吃鸡肉都只吃鸡腿或者鸡翅，其他部位会很柴，但是德州扒鸡完全颠覆了我的看法，一个'“扒”字活灵活现，每块肉都有的吃，没有一块肉是柴的，每块肉都是劲道有力的，咬下去肉烂味香。确实鲁菜的文化博大精深!受教了!
