即使你认为是影响也无法判断是正负影响。

直接选答案的解释：

审题可知，问的是无条件录取为什么会影响申请回合。再回到原文中去定位。第一句陈述了无条件录取影响申请回合的现状，不是原因，所以接着看下一句。第二句说的是，无条件录取被担心会令学生缺乏动力，考试成绩不佳，即无条件录取的消极影响。这种消极影响的对象也就是第一句中的申请回合，所以和“学生会缺乏动力，考试成绩不佳”意思相近的选项才是正确答案。

答案是B。
